Marathon

That is a very good question. I have a couple dilemma's - The Salt Lake Marathon is on April 18th. But they also have a half marathon which I am thinking about running instead of the full one. I really want to run the St. George Marathon, and training in the summer would be 10x more fun than training in the winter. In the winter you get to run on a treadmill, after 6 miles I am so bored. Plus my speed and pace outside is way better than on a treadmill. You could run the half marathon with me up here it wouldn't be too hard to train and be able to run 13 miles, by April.
Here is my other dilemma - weight - I like the weight I am at although I am 10 pounds less than my actual goal. I am OK where I am right now but don't want to loose anymore weight. So if I start to train and loose any weight then I will stop training until I can force myself to eat more, before I start training again. If that makes sense. I know they sound like real problems huh.

Holy CRAP girl!!! You are 10lbs less than your goal - gee's louise! Congrats on reaching your goal! All I want is to be a freaking size 8!!! I'm always back and fourth between 10-12...so now you know my pant size...ugh?!?! A half marathon sounds good to me...I just wonder if I could do it? When is it in April - if I start now I think that I could be ready for that by April. I also think that the 10K I want to do in March would help me out as well. I think I might just say yes to running the half marathon with you. Also, should we just keep this blog for/between us two??? I don't think anyone else is really into it? Let me know - I'm loving it though...I think it will be good motivation for me!

What a dork i am...the SLC full Marathon is the 18th - when is the half marathon? OH MY GOSH - my blonde is showing through today!!!

Yea me and You can help each/other with our goals, I like this little blog (we can keep it between you and me)I will run the 10k with you if you want? - That would be really fun - It is April 18th. It starts at the same time as the full marathon but has a diffrent route. I have to warn you though you may be better at running then me I pace myself. I am trying to run for a straight hour right now without walking I can only make it 45 minutes. I hate running on a treadmill. Let me get a training schedule for the half marathon and post it on this site...Shell
