Ok Libby I didn't do quite as well as I wanted to I only ran 16 miles this week darn it. What did you run? Hopefully I can do better next week. Remember the 28th of January that starts are training schedule for the Half Marathon. Are you still going to run the 10k in march 10th I was thinking of signing up.

Okay - I recorded all my running this past week...I don't have it with me right now. I'll post later. Thanks for keeping up on me! Yeah buddy we're going to run a half marathon!!! Wooha!
